Fees for job placement are paid by the employers according to the following:

FEE AGREEMENT

When a candidate accepts employment with your firm within one (1) year from the date on which he/she last is referred to you, fees for our services will be established by the schedule and policies as stated below.

FEE SCHEDULE

Seagoing Personnel, 10 % of First 90 Days Base Wage – Prior Agreement Shoreside Personnel, 20 % of First Year’s Base Wage
