Fillet Line Foreman- Must have experience
Supervise up to 40 workers to produce vacuum packed fillets
Equipment is Marel fillet line and Multi-Vac roll stock machine
Mid June – Sept 1st
7 days per week . 12- hour days
Contract position
Day rate $ 300. Plus an Incentive based on production
Transportation, room & board provided; this is not deducted from your pay; own room
Drug and alcohol-free work place
